THE NUMBER IS NOT THE STORY.

60-SECOND SOURCE-BACKED SCRIPT

Miami-Dade has an open redevelopment application for the land containing Soar Park: CDMP20230012. The County currently lists it as deferred, with no hearing date posted. That is time—not victory.

The applicant's January 2025 phasing material uses the number 74. But 74 means Phase I mobile homes. It is not a current count of households, residents or people. A separate applicant housing study reports 76 northern spaces, and the reviewed record does not resolve the difference.

The campaign position is simple: oppose transmittal or adoption of CDMP20230012. Ask Miami-Dade for a written completeness determination, a written answer about whether §33-169.1 applies at this CDMP stage, the current relocation plan, and a parcel-accurate capacity exhibit.

Do not take our word for it. Open the original records at the Voices of Soar Park evidence library.
